SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://wristoutfitters.com/policies/terms-of-service.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free Free shipping with orders $75 and above and for eligible Wrist Rewards VIP members.

Shipping Fees: For orders under $75 and shipping inside the US, we ship USPS Ground Advantage for all watch bands and straps (around $5 to $5.90). The only exceptions are heavier items, such as watch winders, accessories, etc.

Shipping Services Offered

The following shipping services are subject to change without notice:

  • USPS: 3-7 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
  • UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
  • DHL (international): varies

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Free Free shipping with orders $50 and above is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Package Damage or/and Loss

While we will do our best to help, once the package leaves Wrist Outfitters control, any damage or loss to your order is your responsibility. However, we offer shipping protection and insurance on all orders so you don't have to worry. If you have purchased Shipping Protection, we will ship out your order again once we have contacted the shipping company.

Order Fulfillment

All orders placed before 2pm are shipped out on weekdays and on sometimes Saturdays, when possible.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
