We’re committed to getting your order out as fast as possible. Below are the details of our current Shipping Policy:

Same-Day Fulfillment

  • Orders placed before 2 PM CST are fulfilled the same day (Monday-Friday, barring unforeseen circumstances, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST are fulled the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships out.

Domestic Shipping (United States only)

  • Economy Shipping is FREE on orders over $75
  • Economy and Standard Shipping timeframe: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited/Overnight Shipping timeframe: 1–3 business days. Choose your carrier and service at checkout for an additional fee. Note: USPS Priority Mail Express does not guarantee overnight delivery (they say 1-2 days, but could be longer). Choose UPS or Fedex for reliable overnight delivery.
  • All U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location, package size, and availability.

Worldwide Shipping (International)

  • Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
  • Customers are responsible for customs, fees, taxes, and/or duties upon delivery.
  • Customs processing can further delay delivery times.

Resolving Most Shipping Issues

  • Please confirm that your shipping address is correct during checkout.
    Wrist Outfitters is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you used an incorrect shipping address, reach out to us ASAP and we will try our best to help.
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. Most missing packages are resolved within 24-48 hours, often due to an early delivery scan. If not, reach out to us at team@wristoutfitters.com and we'll take over.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please use that number for the latest updates on your shipment.
  • Shipping label scans (especially USPS) can be delayed 24-48hrs. Please give it a few days for accurate tracking updates.

Delays

  • While we work very hard to ship your order on time, carrier delays may occur due to situations outside of our control, including weather, holidays, international conflicts, or seasonal demand. We appreciate your understanding.
