Wrist Outfitters $200 Gift Card Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The Wrist Outfitters $200 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tobler Watch Company, LLC d/b/a Wrist Outfitters, 350 Solid Rock Rd, Moselle, MO 63077, US (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on Friday, October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on Monday, November 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit wristoutfitters.com and submit your email address through the giveaway sign-up form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made by multiple email addresses, automated means, scripts, or any third-party entry service are void. Entries that are incomplete, late, or illegible will be disqualified.
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Wrist Outfitters. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing will not affect your entry.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Wrist Outfitters digital gift card valued at $200.00 USD (approximate retail value, “ARV”: $200.00). The gift card is redeemable only at wristoutfitters.com and is subject to the gift card’s terms. No cash or prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Total ARV of all prizes: $200.00.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. On or about Tuesday, December 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified at the email address used to enter and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
7. Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or losses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical, network, computer, or email failures of any kind.
10. Right to Cancel or Modify. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason, including fraud, tampering, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it. If the Sweepstakes is canceled, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation. Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://wristoutfitters.com/policies/privacy-policy.
12. Social Media Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability.
13. Governing Law. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
14. Contact and Winner’s Name. Questions about the Sweepstakes may be sent to team@wristoutfitters.com or to Tobler Watch Company, LLC, 350 Solid Rock Rd, Moselle, MO 63077, US. To request the winner’s name, contact Sponsor at either address within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
